At Epic Loot Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your legendary finds. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and undamaged jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
